We have been very successful the last 9 years and have had very good locations; eventually we will have our own land to provide a regular annual facility. But as of right now, we are roving. We have found beautiful locations, and this year we are looking at a beautiful field located in the heart of Madera County. Maps will be provided.

The fee for a 10x12 space is $875, Food Vendors $975 for the 6 days. Double booths are available upon request, the price will be the same for each booth, less 10% for the 2nd booth. We will be on a First Come, First Serve basis. We will provide you with a location placement once all of the application have been submitted. Space is limited to 200 Venders. If we get an inside facility we will be looking to accommodate the 200 we had last year plus welcome to new Vendors. We just keep getting bigger and better every year.
Half of the fee is due with the application to secure your spot, this is non-refundable, the balance will be invoiced to you two months close to the date, and you have 10 days to respond and pay balance or lose your spot and deposit. You will need to provide proof of insurance and there will be a 6 day city license that will have to be filed. We will provide more details as it gets closer. Make sure that you have a working Fire Extinguisher, Fire Marshall will be roaming and asking to examine. Please provide Proof of Liability for $1,000,000 payable to the Facilities, LB Originals Productions, City & County of Madera. You will need to supply us with your Resale Number, if you do not have one, we can help get you a Temporary License. Please note: A copy of your resale license and the city license must be visible in your tent at all times. We will have security for both nights. We will be covered in the News Papers from Sacramento, San Jose, Fresno, Modesto, Monterey, look for your ads.
We know that you make think is high, but it helps so many, Part of your fee will be donated to the Madera Chamber of Commerce, helping new businesses, Dos Palos and Mendota Water Relief Foundations, Western Uterine/Ovarian Cancer Foundation, a new foundation that assists women in crisis, left without medical insurance coverage or not enough coverage.
We will provide dinner Friday and Saturday night (Chicken, Corn, Baked Potato, Biscuit and Milk on Friday and Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Beans & Milk on Saturday), and we will provide Breakfast both Saturday & Sunday Mornings (Pancakes , Eggs, Bacon, Coffee and Juice on Saturday and Gravy & Biscuits on Sunday with Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee) . Meal Tickets will be provided at the time your space is assigned.
If you cannot make it to the dinner on time we will make sure it is brought to you. We would not want to have you loose a potential sale; you stay open as long as you need to cover your customer. If you have lights you are welcome to bring, please make sure that you have some way to light them as the electrical is very limited as we of at this time. We will keep you informed of any changes throughout the year.
Porta Potties will be provided for the Vendors Separately from the Attendees and Customers. You must let us know if you will need accommodations for your RV or need to stay in a Motel, we can get you a discount on the overnight accommodations.
Please described what you intend to sell, please note that we will do our best not to duplicate so that the customers get a good variety. Please send a set of photos of product you intend to sell along with your application and deposit. Please send a self addressed so that we may return your photos and receipt, along with Maps and final locations. Check or Money Order or Visa or MasterCard, Checking payment through PayPal only. (If you do not want to pay with PayPal, we will send you an invoice you will have 3 days to respond once invoiced. Please note, if your payment bounces, you will be charged twice the amount of your NSF check and will be bank fees of $30, We get pretty nasty with this since we have to put up the money first. I do apologize in advance.).

Set up time: 6AM-9AM Friday Morning, Tear down, Sunday Evening: 5PM - 8PM, you must have permission to tear down early, if you leave prior to this time you will never be invited back.
